Rekha on the sets of Bigg Boss with Salman Khan

Bollywood veteran actress Rekha don't want to leave any stone to make her comeback movie Super Nani a successful hit. Though she is not attending promotional events much, she is promoting her film on national televisions. After promoting in Comedy Nights With Kapil, Rekha will be seen on Bigg Boss current season's Weekend Ka Vaar with host Salman Khan promoting her film.

This is the second time and after almost 26 years, Salman bhai and Rekha ji will be seen together. Don't forget Salman Bhai has made his debut with 'Biwi Ho Toh Aisi' where he had played a role of brother-in-law of Rekha.

According to a source close to Rekha, "She will control the contestants by telling them to do weird things. She will change her voice and interact with the contestants. Also, there will be a task named, ‘Main Bhi Hu Rekha’, where the girls will sing, act and dance on her tunes and boys will try their best to impress her. Also, Salman and Rekha both will perform on their respective film songs.”

Salman and Rekha will be seen performing on some of their popular songs like Pardesia, Dagabaaz Re, Tere mast mast do nain and Chori Chori Sapnon Me Aake. The episode will be aired tonight at 9 PM IST on Colors TV.

‘KICK’ on Star Gold is the highest rated TV premiere of 2014

Star Gold reiterates its promise of being the Home of Blockbuster Premieres with the World TV Premiere of KICK clocking a whopping 4,493 TVTs in Week 40 of 2014 (28 September – 4 October, 2014). With the record-breaking success of KICK on Indian television, Star Gold holds the record of airing the highest rated TV premiere of 2014.



After the successful TV premieres of blockbuster films like Singham, Bodyguard, Housefull 2, Son of Sardaar, Bol Bachchan, Dabangg 2, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Jai Ho and others; this is yet another achievement for Star Gold. The only one bollywood tiger Salman Khan spotted on the sets of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo - his upcoming film directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya. Check out some exclusive pics of Salman bhai from the set in Karjat, Maharasthra.

Salman will be seen opposite gorgeous Sonam Kapoor in the film while Himesh Reshamiya is composing the music. PRDP is scheduled to release on Diwali next year.

"Yes, I would like to do Salman Khan's biography may be. The superstar has a very fascinating life. Therefore, it would be very interesting and challenging to do it," Bhagat said.

Rekha to visit Salman Khan's show to promote her film

Promoting a film in TV reality shows is a trend nowadays. Every actors, directors, producers and singers follow this tendency and now veteran actress Rekha is also keeping up with the current trend of the promotional blitzkrieg.

We heard that Rekha will promote her upcoming film Super Nani on the sets of two popular reality shows of Colors Channel. The Silsila actress will visit the sets of Bigg Boss and Comedy Nights With Kapil.

According to a source close to the actress, Rekha has already shot for an episode of comedian Kapil Sharma's show and soon she will shoot
with Salman Khan for an episode of Bigg Boss 8.

Apart from Rekha, the lead actor of the film, Sharman Joshi will also be seen on the Weekend Ka Waar with Salman Khan episode.

Also starring Randhir Kapoor, Anupam Kher and Shweta Kumar, Super Nani is scheduled to release on 31st October.

Salman Khan hit-and-run case: Witness claims Salman was driving the car at the time of incident

There seems to be no respite for Salman Khan from the widely publicised hit and- run case. The actor has been accused of ramming his car into a bakery in suburban Bandra (Mumbai) killing one person and injuring four others. Now, a witness has testified against Khan, stating that the actor was behind the wheels when the accident took place.

In the month of July, the case had been put on hold as important documents and original statements of the witness had gone missing. The case was again reopened on September once all the missing documents were recovered.

Previously, a liquor bar manager in Juhu had identified Salman Khan in a Mumbai court, saying the actor had come to the restaurant with friends on the night of the accident in 2002, but said he was not sure whether the Bollywood actor had taken drinks. Now with the latest development, with a witness testifying against Salman, it would be intriguing to see how this case proceeds.

Pictures from the sets of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

It is known to all that Salman Khan and Sooraj R. Barjatya are reuniting after a span of almost 15 years of their last collaboration. After delivering many blockbusters like Maine Pyaar Kiya, Ham Aapke Hai Kaun and Hum Saath Saath Hai, the actor-director duo is now coming with another blockbuster - Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which releases on Diwali next year.

With a fresh story, new concept and Himesh Reshamiya's songs, Rajshri is all set to make their grand re-entry with this lovely family drama. While Salman Bhai is playing double role in the film, Sonam Kapoor will be playing his lady love who is said to be a princess. Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen playing his younger brother.

The film which also features Anupam Kher, Swara Bhaskara, Deepak Dobriyal and Samaira Rao in supporting roles, is currently shooting in the location of Karjat in full swing.

I am not investing in ISL: Salman Khan

There were rumours that Salman Khan would have his own football team in Indian Super League but now the Dabangg star denied all these rumours. Salman clarified that he is not investing in ISL team which begins from October 12.

Salman bhai took to micro-blogging site Twitter to clear the rumors. He said that though his friends Dheeraj & Kapil Wadhawan had asked him to be their partner in FC Pune City, but due to his endorsement contracts with Suzuki and Thums Up, he can't associate with them.

"1/4: I do not own any ISL team. My friends Dheeraj & Kapil Wadhawan had asked me to be their partner in FC Pune City," he posted on Twitter.

"2/4:But due to my endorsement contracts with Suzuki and Thums Up which conflict with the League sponsors, I can't associate with FCPuneCity."

However Sallu miya wished luck to the league.

"3/4: I wish ISL all success."

"4/4: By creating ISL, IMG-Reliance and Star have put in place an important building block to put Indian football on the global football map."

"I endorse Nita Ambani's vision in the football grassroots program and will work wholeheartedly in supporting it. The football grassroots program will shape the next generation of Indian footballers," he added.
